Payment and Cancellation Policy
For China Links Core Program / Vancouver only registrants:
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration
- Full payment is required by March 1, 2012
- In case of cancellation between March 1 and March 15, 2012, registrants will be refunded 50% of the program fee (funds can be used as credit towards other China Links programs, less the $500 deposit)
- No refunds will be available after March 15, 2012 (funds can be used as credit towards other China Links programs, less the $500 deposit)
For China Links Shanghai only registrants:
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration
- Full payment is required by April 1, 2012
- In case of cancellation between April 1 and April 15, 2012, registrants will be refunded 50% of the program fee (funds can be used as credit towards other China Links programs, less the $500 deposit)
- No refunds will be available after April 15, 2012 (funds can be used as credit towards other China Links programs, less the $500 deposit)
If you cannot attend, substitutions are welcome for all programs.
Terms and Conditions
In the event of a last minute scheduling problem, we reserve the right to substitute a fully qualified speaker who is not listed in the course description.
Although very rare, a seminar might be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or extremely poor weather. If a seminar is cancelled for any reason, the China Links’ liability is limited to a refund of the program fee or a credit note, whichever you prefer.
